When should I get my travel vaccinations?
We advise getting travel vaccinations at least 8 weeks before you travel. Some vaccines need longer for your body to build immunity, and some require multiple doses spread over several weeks or months. If you’re travelling sooner, we’ll try our best to accommodate your needs.

Who is at higher risk whilst travelling?
If you fall into any of the groups below, we strongly advise getting vaccinated before you embark:
- (1) Travelling to rural areas
- (2) Backpacking
- (3) Using hostels/camping accommodation
- (4) Long trips (vs package holidays)
- (5) Pre-existing health problems
Which travel vaccines do I need?
Recommendations depend on your itinerary and previous vaccination record. During your consultation, we’ll review these and suggest vaccinations and/or antimalarials that may be required for your trip.
Some countries require proof of vaccination. Even when not required, we recommend keeping a record with you while travelling.
What information should I bring?
Your destination(s), travel dates, and any relevant health information. If you have a vaccination history, bring it too.
Our travel vaccination prices
Vaccinations and pricing are typically per dose (not per full schedule). Individual doses may be available depending on vaccination history.
*Pricing may vary depending on duration of travel, number of stops and availability.
